GENERAL RETURN POLICY
• 14-Day Return Period: Valid within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Return Shipping: For general returns (change of mind), shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
ELIGIBILITY
• Accepted Conditions: Unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging. All accessories must be included.
• Non-Returnable Items: Final Sale items, customized products, hygiene-sensitive goods (e.g., underwear, pierced jewelry), and digital downloads.
• Note: Original shipping fees, customer taxes, and duties are non-refundable for general returns.
FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS
⚠️ Do NOT return without authorization.
If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Resolution Options:
1. Full Refund:
Refund of the product price PLUS the original shipping fee.
2. Replacement:
We will reship the item at no extra cost.
• Note: In both cases, the original product must be returned. We will reimburse your return shipping cost upon receipt.
PROCESS
• Request
o Email hello@re-redesign.com with your Order Number and Photos/Video of the item.
• Approval & Shipping
o After approval, we will provide the return address.
o Faulty Items: Please use a trackable courier; we will reimburse the cost after inspection.
o General Returns: Customer arranges trackable shipping at their own expense.
• Inspection & Finalization
o Processed within 5 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
REFUND TIMELINE
• Standard refunds: 3-10 business days after approval (depending on your bank).
• Store credit: Instant issuance upon request.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Return shipping insurance recommended.
• Sale items: Refunded at purchase price.
